Escape The Room\u2019s seven midtown escape room experiences, including New York City\u2019s original room escape: The Office, are filled with secrets and mystery. While we love to share our story and our passion for entertaining people from all over the globe, don\u2019t expect us to share any of the secrets that will help you get out of one of our escape rooms.<\/p>\n

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

New York City\u2019s Escape The Room<\/a>\u00a0first offered participants a new social gaming opportunity in October 2013.<\/strong>\u00a0We call New York City home, as the Big Apple was the first city in which we opened our exciting escape experience. What better place to try a new interactive thought-provoking game than the city with the best culture, an unmatchable tourist scene, and some of the most unique entertainment experiences in the world? New York City is the perfect place to launch and grow our puzzle room escape.<\/p>\n

FUN FACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

While we have expanded our opperation all over the country to cities like Chicago, Dallas, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington DC to name a few, the only place you can play the original is right here in New York City.\u00a0No other location offers The Office, which was the first room we opened back in 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re also proud of the fact that we\u2019ve had the honor of hosting some amazing celebrity players, including cast member from popular movies and shows like Star Wars and Stranger Things! Madonna, Hugh Jackman, Michael Cera, and Tina Fey have also tried their hands at our rooms. That being said, very few of those players have succeeded in escaping.\u00a0Think you and your friends can do better?<\/strong><\/p>\n

OUR ESCAPE ROOMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have seven\u00a0unique escape rooms<\/a>:\u00a0Jurassic Escape, Outbreak, The Dig, The Clock Tower, The Submarine, The Agency, Cartmans Escape Room, The Office, and The Home.<\/strong>\u00a0Each room brings a different theme, storyline, group of puzzles and escape route. Each room locks you in with 60 minutes to escape. If you don\u2019t mind taking a trip into the heart of the earth, The Dig offers the perfect ambiance. See how quickly an ordinary residence can become a claustrophobic yet perfectly decorated domicile of doom in The Home. Stop an evil corporation from releasing dinosaurs on the populous in Jurassic Escape and save the world from a deadly virus in Outbreak. You may be able to escape from work every day, but it won\u2019t be so easy when your time is limited to an hour in The Office. Looking for something a little more wild? Stop the mole from releasing important secrets in The Agency, get stuck in a crazy time loop in The Clock Tower, reach the surface before you run out of air in The Submarine or return back to the fourth grade and try to escape from the worst place ever\u2026 SKOOOOOL in Cartman\u2019s Escape Room.<\/p>\n
