About Us

Established in 1977, CCF serves as a convener, innovator and change agent among the state’s health, education, and human services agencies. New York State Social Services Law Article 10-C establishes CCF and its membership and sets forth CCF’s powers and duties. Positioned as a neutral body, CCF works with state and local organizations in both the public and private sectors to address cross-systems issues and provide recommendations to the Executive Chamber to improve outcomes for all of New York’s children and families.

Our Mission & Vision

CCF strengthens the connections between the NYS service systems that support children and families.   Through cross-agency collaborations, we are able to provide a comprehensive, cross-systems perspective critical for the development and implementation of strategies impacting the availability, accessibility, and quality of services for children and families.
